INSIDE PRESENCE SKILLS CAMPS

The Big Man/Tall Woman Camp is for  forwards and centers who want to become complete post players. Campers will learn all aspects of big man play, including playing in the post as well as playing face up to the basket.
The summer camp is for boys and girls basketball players entering the 7th-12th grade. Players will be divided by age and skill level so campers will be playing against players of similar skill level.

The camp will consist of instructional stations, games, individual help, competitions, lectures and more.

ATHLETE PEAK PERFORMANCE CAMPS

SPORTS ATHLETE PERFORMANCE CAMP (APC) is a unique training system designed for every athlete, male and female, young and mature, and of all strength levels. Our boot camp sessions will be fully supervised with careful attention placed on the quality of movement.

“APC” philosophy is to educate all athletes, so they may retain knowledge and improve their skill set to remain strong, injury free, and healthy for life. Our training specialists are qualified and accomplished in the latest techniques and programs for the advancement of the athlete.

“APC” is a total body conditioning program that includes cutting edge fitness instruction. Designed for people of all ages and fitness levels, our boot camps will inspire you to bring out your inner elite athlete and provide you with the tools to live a healthier, happier, and more in balance lifestyle.

Each Boot Camp session is packed with a series of intense, ever-changing, yet fun exercises created specifically to strengthen and increase your total fitness. Our expert performance specialists, all of whom are certified, take you through an energizing mix of calisthenics, weight training, crunches, stretches, obstacle courses, agility and power drills, partner drills, and much more.

As an “APBC” participant, you can expect:

Session II (10:30 TO 11:45):
“STRENGTH  DEVELOPMENT”

Our strength development training program  adheres to our High Intensity Training and Applied Functional Science Philosophies and focus on the strengthening all of the major muscles of the body in a functional manor that insures Injury Prevention (Pre Habilitation) Muscular Balance and Performance Enhancement.

Session IV (2:30 TO 3:30):
ENDURANCE 

We employ s conditioning parameters that suit the demands of the individual’s sport. We evaluate the specific energy systems and intensities used and condition the athlete to compete at the highest intensity over the specified amount of time that their sport demands, preventing the athlete’s performance from degrading throughout the full competitive duration.
